FACTORY PROCESS

Factory Line Order:
Satring with: Feedstock Preparation → Pyrolizer → Cyclone Separator → Condenser → Gas Cleaning System → Burner/Energy Recovery → Biochar Cooling & Collection→ Packaging & Storage

Biochar is made in three steps:
1. Pre-pyrolysis (up to 200°C) – Water and light gases evaporate, breaking some bonds and forming new chemical groups.

2. Main pyrolysis (200–500°C) – Fast breakdown of plant materials like hemicellulose and cellulose.

3. Final stage (above 500°C) – Stronger materials like lignin break down, creating stable carbon.

Higher temperatures change biochar’s properties: more surface area, higher pH, and more carbon, but fewer functional groups and lower ability to hold nutrients. These changes affect how biochar improves soil.
